Introduction


The web site provides access to a number of services that may be used in accordance with these terms. The services include:    

  • Uploading of digital images to the web site or using our Express Imaging software;
  • Ordering prints of digital images uploaded to the web site or through Express Imaging.

The following terms set out the relationship between Express Imaging and you, the customer.  You may only use this web based service in accordance with the set terms. Only persons aged eighteen years or over may agree to these terms and use the web site or the services offered through the web site.  Any future moderations can be made at any time and any changes in terms will be posted on the web site.


Payment Methods


All payment transaction will be charged to your credit or debit card at the time that the ordered is placed.  We accept Mastercard, Visa, American Express, Maestro, Visa Electron and PayPal.  To maintain security of any payment all transactions are encrypted and conducted over secure servers. Please note that we are under no obligation to accept any order placed by you.  Acceptance of any order will be done by e-mail or telephone. It may be possible for you to call in to the shop to collect your order or your prints can be delivered by Royal Mail post in 1 - 3 working days.  Next day delivery will be available but at an increased postage and packing charge.


Refund policy


In the unlikely event that that you are unhappy with your order, please.  We will correct the error or refund as necessary. We reserve the right to request return of print or gift items before a refund can be processed. 


Please use the web site to send orders for printing to us.  It is also possible to send files or images via CDRom or other file saving devises.  All copy and intellectual property rights remain with you.  We are not allowed to display or reproduce any of your images, without your permission.  Any files sent to us will be returned to you with your order.  It is important that you include your contact details with your order.  We attempt to ensure that our customers get the best possible results and may need to contact you to discuss file size or image quality.  Please use credit/debit cards that you are permitted to use.  Any non-existent or fraudulent cards will result in the order terminated.  Likewise with images, please only send us those that you have explicit right to use and not those downloaded from other sites or publications.
 
You are not allowed to copy, distribute, alter or tamper with in any way or otherwise use any material contained in the web site.  You may have access to any part of the site that is not pass word protected.   Any copyright, trade mark or any other intellectual property notices contained in the original material may not be removed copied or printed off from the web site.

Please be aware that if any of the following types of images are uploaded to our web site we reserve the right to terminate the order and inform the police.

  • nudity or pornographic or obscene material;
  • racist material
  • material that is likely to incite hatred against any person or group;
  • blasphemous material;
  • defamatory or otherwise actionable material;
  • mages of any criminal act;
  • material that breaches any applicable laws or legislation

It may be necessary to update the website from time to time and we reserve the right to terminate or suspend provision of any products and services without notice.

From time to time we may contact you to inform you inform you of products and services that you may be interested in. In order to do the above, we need to collect and process personal information about you (including your name, address, telephone number and email address). We will not disclose any personally identifiable information without your permission unless we are legally entitled to do so (for example, pursuant to a court order or for the purposes of prevention of crime or fraud). You will be treated as having given your permission for disclosures referred to in this policy.
